At Aloha Shirt Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your island attire. If your shirt doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully fold your unworn, unwashed shirts with original tags attached and place them back into the original shipping bag or a similar secure mailer.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
